I have pain in my neck which is radiating in arms. I took medicine but that is giving temporary relief. Then I come to Dr. Anu for treatment and within 10 days I'm totally fine.now I'm not taking any medicine .thanku doctor for the treatment.

Gym krte time knee pain chalu hua tha i waited ki apne aap sahi ho jaye lekin 1 week wait krne ke baad bhi koi farak nahi pda issi liye Physiotherapy ke liye clinic jana pda. Yha jo dr h unhone therapy ke sath sath ghar par krne ko exercises btai or gym krte time kuch precautions bhi smjhai, 10-15 continuous sessions ke baad bahut aaram mila. Filhaal koi pain nahi h & unhone jo ghar par krne wali excercises btai thi vo bhi m continue kr rha hu issiliye muje fir koi pain nahi hua h. Agar kisi ko gym related ya koi or dikkat h to m bilkul recommend kruga ki in dr ke pass kuch sessions leke dekhe aapko bhi jarur aaram milega. Thankyou..
